leapfroggin is when you hack a facility then you load up and head off.Then the facility you just hacked is under hack by the nme
you can still hack the next bases.

My best guess is when a base is hacked and instead of waiting there, you goto the next base of the lattice and get ready to hack that one as soon as the one before it is completly hacked.

Leapfrogging is this:
You own a base, it is currently being hacked by the ennemy.
That base is STILL connected to the lattice system with nearby bases.
Therefore, if your being hacked and kicked out of a base that you own. run to theirs and try to get the tower/a hack started there.
As it should be, once a base is "compromised" by hack, it should be disconnected from the lattice untill it is resecured.
I think this is what the programmers are working on.
