What happens 2 armor at BR 15?

What happens 2 your armor at battle rank 15?
I got it 2 day but was 2 busy fighting 2 read the screen that popped.

At BR14 you get more color (NC=More Yellow, Terran=More Red, Vanu=More Teal). I did notice that it said my uniformed changed at BR15, but i honestly cannot tell a difference. I think they just put the message in at the wrong level or something. If there is a uniform change, then it is very slight, but i honestly don't think that there actually is at BR15.

Hmmm im not sure if it was a change in colors....i remember reading something about an upgrade and certs....but there are no new certs available 2 my character :P
