The other day I reached BR12 and got my second implant (Audio amp) to go along with adv targetting.

Jeez this audio one is seriously creepy. I freak out when I'm guarding a cc and hear foot steps :D and a red dot. It is very useful though don't get me wrong :D but playing at night in the dark :D hearing footsteps quite loud makes me nervous (the cause of my 12 grief points :()

Anyway :) just wanted to say this implant is good yet creepy :D

oh one last important question, when I have the audio implant on and it picks up the enemies movements and shows it on my prox. map does it also show up for all friendlies near me? or all friendllies in the area it operates? or not for anyone? or just for the squad I am in or the outfit?

I'm pretty sure (although not 100.0%) that Audio Implant only "paints" enemies on your radar. A motion sensor would do so for all friendlies in the area, as will a slow-flying Mosquito.

The thing that drives me crazy about the audio implant is that you can't tell what floor the enemies are on...ah well.

There's also a bug that makes enemy backpacks give off footstep sounds. Highly annoying if I'm parked right next to them.

cheers m8 :) jeez was driving me mad the other day wondering where these apparently close footsteps were coming from  :)

beavis88 yeah I h8 not knowing what floor they are on, I reckon the implant should only show enemies on your level? or shade them (in easy to see shades) dependant on their level brighter = higher duller = lower?

Not knowing if they are on your level adds to the suspense. If they altered it for audio, there would be calls to alter it for all radar.

If they're on your level they'll move within the walls on your minimap. In 'open' spaces like basements, see if they walk through the small blue crosses (junctions) on the map.
