Installing problems

I just got the game. I go to install it and it loads up install shield. The bar begins to load and at the end I get an error that says Internal Failure. Element not found. http://www.loconline.com/adminimages/stupid.jpg So i go upstairs onto my older computer and try to install. It runs on Windows XP Home also it just isnt as fast, has a bad gfx card and doesnt have online. It works there! So this makes me really mad. I have no idea what to do :confused: If anyone can help me please please do I really want to play this game. You can contact me via aim msn or email

Try and run a windows update, it usually fixes many problems ;D

Im trying that although there were no critical downloads I needed im downloading everything else.

Man I really dont want to have to sell this game it took me forever to save up for the game without a job and now im going to have to sell a never used copy as a used product life strikes me again... please somebody help me!! :(
