training missions WTF help

I am on the drop pod training mission, it tells me to double click on Hossin on the map, but it doesnt do anything, everything just says population locked. why

They suck, and are only for people that have never played a FPS in their life. Once I fell out of the HART in the Dropod mission. I was running through it in the HART bay, but I was stuck in there and couldn't get back in.

Yeah, but I want to get past this mission, because i want to get to the other missions, cause this game sounds confusing.

PS : when i run, it stops every couple of steps for a bit less than a second then keeps going, why

I can't answer your hart questiond but the other one sounds like memory related lag.
