Yep. The launchpad/patch server/whatever-its-called is not responding. Hundreds of people having the same problem, its not just you.

I'm still having problems with Konried. I talked with a CSR (was lucky to catch one in chat) and he said my character was "stuck" in game. He said "they" would get it out, but they didn't have an ETA... this first happened Friday night. I still play on other servers, but Lately I've wanted to play as NC a bit. :(
