But it's important. Continent population locks are currently broken.
You are able to have more of one empire than the rest on a single continent, even though the devs said that it would be impossible for a single empire be able to have more than 1/3 of the total continent population.
If you've ever seen a continent with no facilities that are your empire's, yet it shows a population lock, this is a symptom of the problem that I just stated.
I see continents all the time being fought over by the 2 enemy empires, and we can't send a force there because of the population lock.
This single issue is what causes certain empires to be erraticated off of continents with ease. Because even if they wanted to, they could not receive reinforcements because there's a lock preventing the teams from being even.
