I had to post about it, I find it's getting even worse.

I hate that... usually people all just take out their pistols, so everyone takes a little grief.... at least in my experiences...

Yes, it is annoying.

Although, it could be lag. Before I got Cable, it could take a good 30sec to a minute to catch up after respawning.

Regardless, if someone is blocking the way. Afk or not, wack em, and keep things moving.

I pull out my suppressor and lay them to waste, serves them right for standing in my way

This is the only time I purposely team kill. I always give a warning though. Can't let one or two people slow everyone else down.

i hate it when theres a lot of peeps bunched up to get equipment fomr the term on an ams. it takes some peeps an hour to get there eqipment.

i was in line once then some asshole comes and starts killing everyone around the ams so he cuold get is equipment, i was so pissed.

I was one of the jerks at a spawn point last night, baby woke up while I was playing and I had to move quick. I came back and had been TK'd as expected, no big deal. I'm not gonna lose sleep over inconveniencing people in a game for 10 seconds.
I'm also a 56k'er, so when there are tons of people and it's next to impossible to get the equip term screen to come up I go as far to the side of the terminal as I possibly can. Once you get the "Press 'g' to purchase..." message and you hit G, you don't need to stick around (this is what most 56k'ers don't seem to figure out). I hit G once, then I'll run towards the battle if possible or just away from the crowd if I need to stay in the area. Even though I'm nowhere near the terminal, eventually the terminal screen will pop up and give me the chance to purchase. I can be halfway across the continent and nowhere near a terminal and still purchase gear. The trick is surviving until the window comes up.

I've been guilty of doing that a million times. Just whip out your suppressor and get them out of the way :P

Sandman

why stab when you can pull out an automatic weapon and blow them to kingdom come?

urgh. that AMS message earlier really struck home. some people just cannot grasp the finer points of the inventory favorites system, I swear it.

I normally say that there is no good justification for TKing someone... ever, exception with AFK people in front of a spawn tube.

Since retail, the only people i have TK'ed were AFK folks in front of the spawn tube... any other justifible reason to TK someone is extreamly rare.

Money is expressed in different ways. Money is just not coins and notes, take the barter system for example, or gems and precious stones...

Now in Planetside the "monitary system" is NTU's. sure your one clip of ammo may take very little in NTU's but every little bit counts.

The best thing to do would deconstruct if you can get get a MAX and deconstruct back to that spawn point and show them a good time

I had a sort of opposite occurance the other night.

Our base was under attack, and when I died I naturally respawned at the base. After I materialized, however, the spawn doors refused to open. Pretty soon there were 3-4 other guys who also materialized, all of us stuck in the tiny tube, but it still wouldn't open. We cried for help to the guys at the equip terminal, but even they couldn't open it from the outside. We tried to rematerialized, but the only thing that would popup would be that annoying 'Add Friends/Trade' box. Eventually, everyone was begging everyone else to kill them so they could respawn again :)

This happens to me fairly often. I also get the nice glitch where the tube opens, I run to the equipment terminal and hit G, only to have my guy suddenly be back in the tube and deconstructing himself. Good times.
