VS MAX always levitating?

How is it i see some VS MAXes levitating just a couple inches off the ground? I heard it was a bug, but if its not bannable could someone plz post how to do it?

I belive it's a visual bug, ie it doesn't do anything but make it look like you're hovering.

Its a visual bug, it happens to normal soldiers too, the oens where they spread their arms and elgs out and the other where they move without moving their legs.

This game has got soem serious bugs and I still lvoe it, after they fix them Ill be a very happy person :D

I wouldn't say this game has serious bugs... and if you call hover graphic bug a serious bug... you have some high expectations!

I think it's client side... because not everyone will see the max floating. It doesn't hurt anyone, doesn't give the max any advantages, but i think it sure looks cool!

I can move without moving my legs or arms, I was bored one day so I was running alps around sanctuary spawn tubes. I jumped up on one of the equipment terminals and I slid across it and the following 2. But then I discovered if you hold forward and dont strafe/stop you can slide off the last terminal, on to the ground, and keep going. Not sure if other people can see it, just thought it was kinda cool. Try doing the same in a MAX using jumpjets to get up there.

i believ the recent patch ridded the game of this bug, besides, it uses up your max capacitor.

I like watching the sliding corpses. always makes me giggle like a little school girl to see a corpse on the ground sliding around, looking into corners trying to be situationally aware and menacing.

can sliding corpses shoot? does the player think he's still alive?

I had a sliding backpack shoot at me before. It did no damage, but it was just so funny watching a backpack circle strafe me with tracers flying out of it.
