It is the future, roughly a year from now. Forum communities have grown and become even more addictive as jobs continue sucking and our girlfriends continue bitching.
Websites have arisen with huge databases full of the infamous smiley faces. The attrocities they commit, the signs they wave, the blurbs they spew.. all continue to grow. Forum administrators add these smileys to their own collections and are assimilated into the community.
The smiley epidemic grows huge. Topics covered by the lil yellow bastards cover anything and everything under the sun. Conversations are held using only the smileys. Arguments entail nothing more than smileys counter pointing other smileys. Entire forums contain nothing more than treads filled with smiley conversations.
IT MUST END HERE
Do not allow our children to enter a world where online communication is done soley through the selection and posting of a pre-made smiley waving a flag or emoting something.
Join me, friends, in boycotting the production of any smileys that commicate anything beyond a simple emotion or responce! Do not allow our communities to degrade to nothing smiley threads!
