Test server should be like beta

OK i think that they shoulod make the test server like beta where even people without subscriptions can play seeing as though we are just testing so essentially it is just beta and if i like it i might resubscribe to it. Plus how many of you people are actually gonna test before a non new vehicle patch comes out.

Whats the point of a subscription fee if you could just logon to the test server and play all you want for free?
