Does it seem like they changed the following things to:

The Cycler's RoF increased
The Guass's damage increase

Anyone else notice things like this?

BTW, they haven't changed the MCG at all yet. Maybe soon. Can't wait to try it out.

Yeah, the RoF on the Cycler definitely has increased. Now, I'm not positive on the Gauss, but an NC was able to take me down three times in a row before I killed him, and each time he killed me within 6-8 shots. Also, I looted his once I finally killed him and was able to rape.

Out of curiosity (since I haven't touched the test server), if the cycler's RoF increased what happened to the CoF? When I first read the post I saw CoF where you had written RoF and right away assumed they were nerfing a balanced weapon. It's RoF was already pretty high, though.
I agree that neither the gauss nor the cycler needs extra love, they seem to be some of the better balanced weapons in the game.

I haven't seen or tried the Pulsar so it may be better. The CoF wasn't changed from what I saw on the cycler.

The pulsar seems to be better. Its initial CoF is very small, and when you crouch, its almost as small as a sniper rifle. In conjunction with its 4x zoom, we might be able to snipe with it :) . When you fire, the first four or five shots do nothing to the CoF, but it begins expanding after that. It will take down a reinforced in about 10-12 shots.
