So I was chugging thru a base, defending the stairwell and I surged ahead of the other defenders. Around a corner I blitz, right into a bad bad place:

Thats why i hate surge, you get 5-6 people running along, then two of them surge ahead and get themselves killed, thus diluting your strenth. The only plus is sometimes the enemy is reloading when you get to him.

I don't see what the Vanu are complaining about, the lasher is a fine weapon. Don't yell about the travle time, because HA weapons are supposed to be near useless at anything byond medium range anyways.

I do however understand why the terrans are bitching about the MCG, that thing sucks more nuts than a Russian whore. However, I do think the Cycler has too little recoil for its ROF.

1) I'd still do her

2) If you used a lasher religiously at all you'd discover it doesn't quite serve the roll it's ment to play by the VS empires own strategic ideals. You get no mobility bonus. The range which VS are supposed to engage. Which i'd consider right outside JH range it's useless unless theres more than one shooting at the same target. Even then the guy is usually taken out by a pulsar or a lancer. Or an agile/JH with surge closes the distance so fast That this intended ideal range is non-existant.

3) 4 cert points for a JH looting cert??? I'd rather use my pulsar for most other situations other ppl use lashers in. Which allows me to save a point and learn lancer.

Sure some ppl whined about the JH but they didn't win anything. They aren't nerfing the jackhammer. The jackhammer only emphesizes(sp?) the shortcomings of the other HA weapons.

I remember the first time i picked up a jackhammer and used it. I looked at all the blue corpses and thought to myself, pussies...

You wanna talk about disturbing. I teamed up with a DC max to kick some NCs asses a short time ago at the Solsar warpgate on Amerish. I found out you can't repair your enemies armor, and life is PS is much easier when them things aren't shooting at you. :groovy:

Excuse the expression, but Drew has the best ___ me face of them all. I agree that they have been airbrushed to kingdom come, but who really cares? The picture is great either way. The other two chicks look too angry, and I'm a round-faced fan myself. Squared jaws and big mouths on women gross me out. They look to masculine. <cringe>

In regards to the original topic though, I'd have to say the worst thing I could see as I round a corner is a locked down TR max. The majority, who do not play TR, would have to agree I'd wager. Next vote for me would be a mine so close you'll never stop in time.
