Top15 Uniforms Site?

Hey guys I was just wondering whats the site too see the Top15 Uniforms ..for the game is...Uniforms as in (clans, guilds, ect.) anyways...if anyone would be able to tell me the proper site..to it..I would be most happy...Thank you :)

Log in to planetside.com, go to My planetside>Leader boards, choose the server you want to look in, and then look at outfits. Last time i looked though it was down.

I just went to the site and everytime I choose the server and click "go!" it does what its suppose to but..it doesnt show me any of the top outfits it says..."Top Ten Outfit Points Leaders Are Unavailable." I'll keep trying anyways thank you so much for your time.
