I actually was surprised to fidn that a lot of peoepl at BR 20 and CR 5. The ONes that are CR 5 not always use their global caht option. I know that my outfit will soon have a CR 5 name chamillion, on johari. Trust me, he's not an idiot like all those otehr CR 4's and 5's.

My outfit leader on Konried, Launchpad, is aproaching ever closer to CR5. hes only BR14 and CR4 rightnow though,

On Konried the only NC CR5 is Luci. That female avatar is at least a semi-admirable leader. Everynight when the NC are getting their asses handed to them by TR, Luci comes on and somehow rallies us enough to retake Cyssor, Solsar and Hossin.

Everyone reffers to "him" as a women. He/she is always in infil suit, so no one ever gets a goos look. And he/she is the only CR5 on Konried that does anything. We get more GM messages than mesages from other CR5's, and when we do get a CR5 post it is like "....ummm... Gunuku kinda needs an ANT. If your passing by bring an ANT... if thats ok..." Sorry hit CR5 then Luci got it a day or two later. Konried NC has 5-6 CR5s now, Luci was the only good one, and he seems to have stopped playing. Baka is showing promise to me though, maybe we will have a real leader again soon.

I have to say, the high CRs who actually use the global/continent wide etc chat are usually the really bad leaders, who, like tell people where to go, and try to manage other people's squads. In my experience the better leaders are more humble and keep themselves to themselves and do a proper job :)

I dont mind CR5's using their global to tell people where to go but I just wish it was used a little more constructively then trying to send everyone to one base on one continent.

I was playing with some guy, who had a weird long name, who was directing our continent lock, and he sent troops where me and airlift were. I replied to him, that we had it held down, but could use a ant and an ams as soon as we got the hack ( no one was at the base at that time). He replied, redirected traffic, then aboujt 5 minutes later, PERSONALLY delivered and ams to the base, and then had an ant sent right in as the base went nuetral.

That's an effective commander. One who realizes that he's not exempt from being a soldier (or being courteous, for that matter), and one who takes his responsibilities as a commander very seriously.
