Washed out Sunderer texture from far off

I have a Geforce 4 Ti4200 (64MB) i have the latest drivers. and when i fly far away from the sunder the texure goes white. im pretty shure it only happens when im flying , anyone know how to fix it?

Happens here too ... but for any vehicles actually when they get too far off.
