offline training : wtf?!?

what is the goal of that trainingmission where you have to enter a building?
that aroow disappears and that's it..
i can walk to a training base bit ik kinda keeps looping :s

I fell out of the HART by hitting G in offline training. I was stuck in the little HART bay. If you have an IQ of at least 35, Offline Training teaches you nothing.
