Well.... Its a NC MAX with a TR backpack over his head with Hamma's name on it. On the ground is a pile of clothes that was stashed in the backpack, and on the gun barrel is a thong. And then there's MAX saying his thing. What part can you not get, it's pretty much straight foward IMO.
