Well, you must be cooking it wrong or getting crappy fish, Hamma. Fresh flounder or salmon cooked to that juicy perfection where it doesnt flake and doesnt taste "fishy" can be quite tasty.

Really? I generally like crustaceans (lobster, shrimp, crabs and such), but some fish can be very tasty. Down at the NJ Shore they have a kick-ass lobster tail filled with crab meat....
