Cross country AMS race-date tba

Since PSU is gettin more community oriented, i am officially announcing a cross-country AMS race.

Server:Emerald
So Far NC only, unless i can have a few people hop on and do the TR and VS ones?
The Race will most likely just be across a few conts and end up back at the sanc warpgate. If you get destroyed, you lose(hence AMS, heavy defence). You can have escorts if you want, but i highly frown on destroying other people's AMS's (not saying you cant...heh heh...just rather see a real winner, not an all out brawl)

Obviously, this will be hard to enforce, so i beg you if your willing to enter, please have respect and DO NOT cheat, that means no matrixing to a base right at the finish line and getting the AMS from there, etc

i wish everyone was trustworthy. I would love to have an ams demo derby. Me being vanu and all. My ams would prolly get 0wned by a jackhammer or something if i showed up tho. :(

i may hold it on the test server, since i can persuade everyone to join the same empire for the sake of the race and we can have a bigger turnout

hell, i might make a shitty ass website to keep people updated if its taken well

My main issue is people having escorts that will blow anything near them to hell...then again, would remind me alot of the old Wacky Races cartoons :)

hell, i could see the inf suiters with boomers riggin up the finish line to blow the living shit out of anything near them lol

ya, would be nice. could also use some volunteers to stick with each of the racers throughout the race

i dont think ill take more then 10 people either, as i want them all in the same squad as me so i can keep constant contact with them and track them on the map :)

too bad i dont play on emerald. i'd be in the bushes cloaked and when the AMSes come by i launch an orb strike. when amses explode its like a nuke. think of the possibilites!!

hence why i might put it on test server, i lose my waypoint ability(easy track making) but i gain the ability to merge the empires together and make the ultimate race :)
