does PS not run on windows 98/ME, and does anybody run PS on 900 mhz?

I don't see why it wouldn't run on that OS, but that comp is going to bleed if it tries to handle PS. Sorry man, but PS is just the excuse for an upgrade you've been waiting on ;).
