I just got a new computer. I just installed Planetside and when I put in my planetside.com account in "Station Name" and "Station Password", it says I don't have an acount. When I susbscribe for a new one, it tells me to type in my Planetside account key. Where do I find that again?

The CD key? I'm going to go with a hunch here and say its somewhere on the back of the CD. If it's the Station login and PW, you can create one on the sony station website.

If you already had an account you won't be able to (or at least shouldn't be able to) use that same CD key to activate your account, because it should already be active. Contact SOE customer service. Somehing is wrong. As long as you're still using the exact Login Name and Password that you set the account up with orginally you shouldn't be having any problem.

make sure that PS ins't installed on the other computer, if it is it might be causing your problem, if it isn't though i have no clue what is wrong.

Oh yeah and this is not an emergency. If you had just been hit by a truck, broken both legs a few ribs and an arm and were bleeding from your ears, had somehow managed to crawl inside and for some unknown reason decided to post on message board for help instead of calling 911, that would be an emergency. This goes under freaky bug that you need to contact Sony about.
