What are the command abilities of each of the ranks? CR1, CR2, CR3, CR4, CR5?
Just hit CR2 last night and I loaded up the Command Uplink Device and all I can do is see where the friendlies are scattered all over my map. What is the next ability for CR3? CR4? And so on...
CR1 - Ability to set waypoints
CR2 - Ability to use the Command Uplink to device to see friendlies and access to the Command Channel
CR3 - Ability to use the Command Uplink device to see enemies and to draw on the map for squad members
CR4 - Command Uplink to jam enemy Commanders abilty to see their enemies, Orbital Strike, and Continent Broadcast
CR5 - Better ability to jam enemies and Global Broadcast
I believe that is right, yall correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually...
CR3 - EMP, Draw on the map.
CR4 - Reveal all Enemies (within a Sphere of Influence), Orbital Strike.
CR5 - Reveal all Enemies (across the continent), Global/Continent broadcasts.
Also, I thought it would be good to mention that CR2's can only talk to CR2's. CR3's to other CR'3, etc etc. I'm almost 100% sure they took the jamming feature out and replaced it with EMP, but they haven't updated the in-game promotion panes yet. And if you think the EMP sucks, you aren't using it right. :D

EMP is pretty useful I find ;)
Especially when there is a nice minefield you need to clear QUICK

What does EMP do to Magmowers and reavers? I've never tried it on vehicles, only have used it to clear huge mine fields, etc.

I believe the EMP sends flying vechs out of control a la jammer grenades (but in a larger radius).

Does that actualy work? In my experience allot of the CR EMP crap is buggy

Tried it on a reaver that was flying right next to me, didnt work, but it does *most of the time anyway from what ive seen* dissable ground vechs that are caught in its blast
I will do more testing with it and post the results here
I heard (and i doubt it, but i want to confirm this) that if you shoot a air vech or ground vech with a jammer is disables it. NO way, right?

That isn't entirely true. CR1s can talk to CR1s or CR2s, CR2s can talk to CR2s and CR3s etc ect via the /report command.
Just a little useful slash command.

is it just me, or should the /c command be for all squad leaders to be able to use, makes a lot more sence than how it is now lol

well CR1's dont have command chat, so that might be a bit tricky. And the /report command is available only to CR3's, 4's, and 5's (although I'm not sure the point of CR5's having it is :P).
But you can only talk up, can't talk down to lower CRs

EMP doesn't hit friendlies, either, whereas jammer grenades do.

You aren't going to carry on a conversation with a higher-ranking Commander with /report. CR1's don't have a Command channel, and I'm nearly sure that /reports won't go to a CR1 if it's used by another CR1. One of the members from my Outfit used to be a CR2. When he'd /report I'd get it. /report will go to any Commander with a higher rank than yourself as long as you're within range.
Correct me if I'm wrong CR3+'s, but I've never heard of an EMP affecting a vehicle.
