There have been many threads about this.

We dont know why it happens, it just does. The quote code is completly random.

I figured it out. They say pick at random, but half the quotes in there are the eMa quote. THey just make it so whenever they add a quote, they also add the eMa quote.

exactly, so it IS random, but since theres so many of that quote it happens more often.
