Linking Pics in Sigs?

How do you turn a picture in a signature into a link? It seemed obvious, then I noticed that HTML is off, and it isn't explained here (http://www.planetside-universe.com/forums/misc.php?s=&action=bbcode). I know it's possible *cough*Strygun*cough*, I just don't know how.
I wanna link this:

Here's the code for it, just take out the periods....

That gives you an image you can click...
