In video options, it says mesh detail or detail mesh or something like that. Sorry, should have been more specific

Baisicly I noticed that its refines the look of things. For example: Player A is wearing a pounder suit, if mesh detail is off the pounder's guns will look like big boxes attached to the suits arm. If its turned on the guns will look like they should, with the fine curves and details.
