The program won't accept my keycode. Is it supposed to be one big box to enter my key in or is it supposed to be like the standard five boxes? Because I have one long box to enter it. But in the handbook it shows a picture of five boxes. Anyone know what to do about this?

Well I was hoping to get on the tech support section of their forum but they're forums are only for people with accounts so obviously I can't do that. I'm gonna have to wait to get an E-mail back from tech support. And who knows how long that could take?
