The funny thing was, a cloaker JUST started sneaking in as I drew the Jammer, he walked in..turned SLOWLY and looked at the boomers, turned back to me, and did 'No'. I said, 'Command Declined', and promptly threw the jammer...killing the cloaker in a ball of fire :D thought someone may enjoy this.
