I seem to be having a problem... :[

Hi ... I hope you guys can help me ..
I just installed the 7 day trail of PlanetSide, and it all went good untill I had to active my account.
I got a key from www.fileplanet.com, as they instracted on the installation, but when I write it, when it asks for my account key, it says:
This is not a valid account key.
BTW, I know I write it good ... it's not a mis-type problem.

Please help me ...

It's a 7 day trail ... I don't want the full game, I just want to see it, and then deside if i want to buy it or not.

I think Slamscape thought that you had already gone through the 7 day trial. Anyway, I'd suggest calling SOE tech support on this. Who knows? They may just goof and enable your account fully rather than just a 7 day thing. At least, that's what happened to me with Earth and Beyond. :)
