What exactly prevents someone from just downloading the game very week? i mean just do it every 7 days and you have unlmited ps now most people would only do this if they had broadband but its still possible.

I'm assuming that the 7 day trial keys are tied to each PS account. So in theory you could continuously play PS without paying, but you'd have to start a new account each time.
