What do you think of SOE?

How do you think they are doing? How do you like them in general?

Planetside is my first experience with SOE and although a good game, compared to the service of other MMO games, its below par. For that, I'm willing to give them a chance before I think about giving up which may be quite some time with luck.

Thye piss me off those fuckers, especially sporkfire, the public relations guy, he always posts in pointless topics and when there are ones urging for his attention due to bugs or something like that he doesn't post...

On my first support post it took them over 3 days to reply to ym topic, I had to bump it alot, and what he said was stupid too...

They blame customer hardware all the time

My game crashes and keeps me away from the game more than the time I play it

I hate them so much, I am thinking of cancellign for now and come back like in december or something...

Hopefully, SOE won't make any other games that promise to be as good as PS promised to be, that way I'll save some money. I'm casting my die with blizzard this time around.

I don't see how. Alot of people go into games with high hopes, then are truly dissapointed when their purchase doesn't live up to their expectations. Now when the product simply doesn't work, or further more, you're told it's *your* fault it doesn't work, it give people a bad taste in their mouths. They say that one person with a good experience tells no one, but one person with a bad experience tells 5.

On top of that, *accidental* bans, lack of competent in game CSR's and the fact you can't believe anything spork says anymore reinforces this stereotype people have of SOE. How hard is customer service? Not very.

SOE is shooting themselves in the foot repeatedly.

I said they pissed me off because the customer support is not very good even for it being the first of its kind. And if this keeps up hopefully it will be the only on its kind.

I used 2 not care at all about sony....just an electronics company...and i was an avid nintendo fan...but when I played planetside, they made me a die-hard fanatic.:love:
