Highs: Great terrain graphics; excellent team based gameplay, voice chat for coordinated attacks

Lows: Steep learning curve and system specs; tedious tutorials; requires a big time investment.

Bottom line: Find a good outfit and learn the game's nuances, and you'll be hooked.

Discuss.

sounds like a bunch of little whiners to me regarding what they selected as lows. ill-rated by n00bs. oh well.

I'd give PS an 80 out of 100, and I love the game to death. Most credible review sites gave it a score in that area.

Sporadic technical problems, steep system requirements, and gameplay issues prevent it from really being more at this point, but I'm happy to continue paying as is. It works perfectly for me.

I guess I can see the score since its not based off of potential. I was thinking along those lines. My bad.

Steep LEARNING curve? Huh? You gotta be joking. This game was cake to pick up and learn. It may have a steeper MASTERING curve, but this is one of those you can pick right up and get into the thick of things w/o much trouble. Learning curve is NOT steep at all.

Also, it does not require a large time investment. A casual gamer can get just as much out of this as the hardcore gamer who is playing all the time. It doesn't take much play time to get what you need and be effective. A BR6 can be as much of a threat as a BR20 on the battlefield if the person is a seasoned gamer.

I have to agree with swad--while I think the PCG score is a fair one, the 'lows' they choose are lame and arguably inaccurate. Their 'highs' are also pretty off-base. Praising the ingame voice chat and the terrain graphics? Geez, they're smoking something.
