Corpse bug.

Today my squad ran into a little bug involving a dead TR MAX. It basically shot up my whole squad AFTER dying. The worst thing was that we couldn't kill the MAX since he was already dead, so his corpse was sliding around killing people at random. Anyone else have experience with this issue?

Last night My outfit leader was a cloaker and when he used the >|I won't say|< it made him do the same thing.

Happend to me today. I noticed it only happend when my health went to 101. I *think* it's the Regeneration Implant that does it. Spent a quiet 15 minute hack period chasing group members around with my knife.

I have Adv. Regen, it doesn't happen to me.

We lost 2 hack because of a sliding corpse :mad: they really screwed up this time... *sighs* sure new features that dont appear and improvements are nice... buggin the game isnt!

I�m seeing the exact same thing. What�s most annoying is they appear as dots to advanced medics! So here I run to revive them, and I can�t help but ask "wtf". I had to start telling people to stop defying the laws of physics and stop moving when you're a corpse. :p My fellow outfit members thought I was crazy when I was saying "The corpses are moving!"

I've also seen strange bugs where "Corpse of <name>" is driving a vehicle. I saw a corpse driving a Lightning. That's just not right. ;)

A couple times today there was a TR running around, i could see a little red light, then see chaingun fire coming out of nowhere. I used darklight, but saw nothing. Its kinda creepy....

but we wouldn't...but be careful where you say that.

Anyway, a damned TR foiled us by resecuring MONT alot with that bug...we eventually had to let him waste his Ammo and then put pairs of MAXes blocking entrances. Knife all u want, bitch!:D

Jeez, the past 2 days on Solsar has been a hellhole. Its back and forth, I think its turning into Amerish with it being basically pop locked but a fierce battle going on.

goddammit stop exploting it and report it! /bug the hell outta it. And DONT USE IT!

Also, did you know that you can get infanate pheonix's? just save a favorite with one and you will have it. Dosent work with ammo or anything else. I have /bugged it but nothing yet....also..i dont USE it. Hell i dont even have the AV cert anymore :p


edit: From spork regarding this issue: We have found the source of this issue and are working to resolve it ASAP. Should see a patch in the next day or so to resolve it.

Yeah Sliding corpse happened to me today too. I asked my squad if this bug has happened before and I got no response. Glad to see I'm not going nuts. If it's a bug Sony better fix it. If it's a cheat I hope they get their accounts deleted.

..and, yeah, confirmed on your outfit. Compared some of the stupid crap that happened on Ishundar today with myplanetside and, why, yes, quite a few of you guys have the distinct stench of bullshit all over you.
