Personaly it wasnt that great honestly i feel that sporks main function is less COmmunity Rep and more sensor and whiping boy. Poasting at all on the official forums is an excersize in futility, granted the guy was most likely an idiot with his post but I honestly wish SONY commited half the manpower hours they spend policing the forums to adding content, and bug testing.

I don't think Spork does a very good job.

However it's not going to get any easier, so SOE should have the common sense to stump for another minimum-wage guy to post on the forums for the US and also to hire a Euro guy to post.

I'm amazed that the suits at SOE don't consider this worth the investment. For such a small outlay the ROI (return on investment) would be very great.

Thought: IIRC one can't look at the forums until one has subscribed? Is that correct?

I'd happily take Sporks job, assuming I wasn't under corporate restraints in my counter flame...err replys :p If I could get paid what I do now to shout down idiots like those on the official boards I'd do it, it'd be exhausting considering the sheer volume but I'd hapily do it :p
