What are the default outfit ranks?

When I look at my outfit page on My Planetside, it had most of the ranks left to default. What are the default ranks in order?

I was outfit leader for like 24 hours heh.

I forget most of em but i believe rank zero is "fodder"

I can not remeber them all
0=fodder
1=soilder
2= (I think is commando)
3=(I think is Master of Arms)
4= I fergot ,I think it's Tactical or strategic officer
5= I fergot, I think it's Tactical or strategic officer
6=I never knew, because it was changed to 2nd in command(not sure about that either)
7=Outfit Leader
