Implants can be changed at any time, either at sanctuary or at a Bio-Lab.

it varies depending what type of character your building for which implant to get.
I my self love the advance targeting;)

u can unlearn and learn implants at any time at a sanc or bio lab. u just have to wait for it to activate like all implants.
