Reinforced, Heavy ass., Anti vech, eng., and Bassy. My implants are adv regen, and adv targeting. This way, I can heal myself completly, I have a good method of taking out vechicles, and infantry, and I can get from point a to point b quickly on my bassy. You can get all of this by BR 14.

After reaching br20 a little while back i'm pretty settled into this Cert build. Reinforced/Engi/AdvMed/AV/HA/Thresher. Very versitile for my style of play.

My favorite combo is Combat Engineering, Advanced hacking, Infiltration and Dual Pounder MAX. This lets me sneak, assassinate, and the fun part.. Sneaking up to an enemy terminal inside a full spawn room in my inf suit, hacking the term, creating an instant dual-pounding headache for the people soon to die in that room. LOVE IT!

I like the ability to repair and heal people and myself. It keeps us/me in the fight longer :) Also I like being able to lay down defenses (spitfires and mines). At BR 18 I will get the surge implant, then I will have my ideal setup.

I have been toying with special assault recently, initially for the rocklet, but then my heart was stolen by the thumper! Combined with the gauss, its a devestating combo.

As far as what I like about it, I love the fact that decimators take out MAX's with 2 shots. Puts to rest any sort of MAX getting into any tower I guard. Thumper is also good for tower defense. I get my thumper up top of a tower and can start spamming the area that my enemy rush into. True the plasma doesn't kill right away, but it gives them a little less health as they make their way into the tower. Then the rest of my squad/outfit/empire cleans up.

Advanced medical and basic engineering makes me a portable medical terminal. Very useful for tower/base defense.

My two implants also lend itself to defense....Audio implant and Darklight. Nothing like hiding around corners up at the CC of towers watching the little red dots march up to the CC, they start hacking and I launch my sweeper/Thumper spam and they're dead. Only thing that gets me is a surging NC/Vanu with their Heavy Assault weaponry. By that time there's normally 10 enemy charging the tower.

I'll probably drop my harasser once I get close to BR18 and, with 3 cert points, get Hacking, then work on my last 2 points and get advanced hacking. This way if we ever assault a base, I'll be able to spawn an AMS in the courtyard right off the bat.
