Planetside launchpad problem

I just reinstalled planetside but now everytime i start it up i get some launch pad error and then i have to close out ive already restarted twice. Wish i had more details but thats all its doing and its pissing me off :mad:

Its the error you get like with anything you know blah blah blah would you like to send an error report and ive reinstalled twice

i get that sometimes i just restat and it works but try this . Uninstall planet side. Then go to my computer and then c drive or whatever u have named urs then choose program files show all then delete the folder Sony and reinstall should fix it if not call tech support u get to wait on hold and then get no help at all.
