I finnaly tried it seriously and :O_O: even without a gunner I last alot of time and rake up alot of kills It's farking incredible!

Oh and tonite was special a 3 tank squad lol with 5 people :lol: so we had my tank empty :D

I think the NC shit their pants when we got on that bridge :p

Sigh, another magmower to dodge. The thing that pisses me of about those things is that you see them comming, and you know you are fucked right then. It is practicaly impossible to dodge them.

The Vanguard is the same way. Except there's a chance you might just get hit with a tank shell before he runs you over.

Dodging a vanguard is a lot easier. They cant strafe.

Magrider is the best tank in the game IMO. Its has speed and mobility. It can go across water and avoid the mines on the bridges. And while the cannon doesnt hit as hard as Vangaurd or prowler, there is no compensation needed for trajectory of its cannon.

Its a great tank.

Strafe dosen't really matter when it comes down to infantry. Unless you're in agile with surge on, you're not dodging a vanguard.

There's no dodging the Magrider, not even with Agile or Surge. When people randomly run me over, in any vehicle, it pisses me off. Half the time they could easily kill me if they just used their weapons, but I guess that would require a little bit of effort. Go figure....

One day I got run over by a vanguard 5 times... once I was repairing my sunderer when all of a sudden a vanguard rammed my sunderer in the back which pushed my sunderer right on top of me... never repair a vechicle from the front or back...

The magrider is the best though, it can get up very steep inclines easly while strafing and driving and go across water. It's also a infuntry's nightmare.

WRONG. The MAGMower is the only reason I got surge. The key is don't use it till the last second. I fire my rocklet rifle at it then when it's about 10 feet away I holster it, use surge, then get away. If you use it to out run one , then you just plain stupid. After it goes by me I just look for cover, tree, bunker, MAX, whatever.

Wanna know what sucks? Once I was in my lovely bunkey shooting at those helled damned Barney spawned Magriders with my decimators, and a Magrider, BY CHANCE, zooms close to the bunker, and I mysteriously die. When I check to see what killed me, lo and behold, I saw a picture of a Magrider.

What does this prove? Barney's children are damned good gardeners.

But hey at least it's realistic in the fact that in real life a tank can crush you and kill you... But that's one of the only realistic things about this game, people running around being shot several times and still running is something I thought only superman could do but hey I still like this game

Yes my gunners could take you out, but up close their weapons won't touch you ... therefore, it is my duty to run you down with my weapon. :D Amongst friendlies I try and cruise through an area ... even so, you have people that are suddenly there before you can hit the brake. Would like to drive one of those magriders some time though, just to see what it's like.

Heh, going to team kill me Kuraltai? Anyway, from my experiences with surging away from Magriders, it tends to be extremely ineffective. All the Mag has to do is strafe in the direction you run and you're smashed. Hide behind a rock, smashed. Tree, smashed. Maybe some of you have seen me post this before, but I was even killed while I was in a bunker. If all tanks could run people over as easily as the Magrider can, why even have cannons? It isn't like they're actually being used anyway.
