Dunno if they posted this but the East servers were just rebooted.
If you suffered from a bug earlier today(like me), where you couldn't log in your character after trying to HART or recall, you should be able to log back in with that character with no problem.
In chat the CSR said the West servers will come down 3am PST, 3 hours after the east servers.
