The Terrans sanc has been pop locked and nuked!!

Ok maybe not nukes but atm 1:30ish GMT the Terrans sanctuary is none functional it is apparently population locked and not possible to enter the sanc from logging in or any means :(

Yeh it's totally screwed. I keep tying to log on but it won't let me. And the sanc locked down while i was online. everyone was very weirded out.:(
