Operation Timed out

Ok, what does this mean and how do I fix it? I put in my password to log on and it says. "Operation timed out"

whenever that happens when i try to log onto a server i just wait like 30 min and its fixed.

happened to me once just gotta wait. u could try restarting ur comp but i dont know what else to do other than wait
