I hope so, because it's a real pain in the butt to have to alt-tab out to change tracks

Our music tracks are currently MP3...however they are NOT guaranteed to stay in that format, and that's why we never mentioned it as a feature. Possibly though.

If the in-game tracks remain MP3, would we just replace the in-game music by renaming music we like and sticking it in a folder, or would there actually be a functioning type mp3 player?

Probably replacing them with the existing name...initially.
A full-blown MP3 interface would be a nice thing that we could add after release, possibly.

I'm sure the music producers just loved that thread.

"Hey this game is great but i don't wanna listen to your crappy music, can i change it?"

:stupid: HAHA you beat me to it. I bet he just walked out. That would blow nads to work hard on a soundtrack for a game just so smacktards could swap it out with their Nelly or Manson cd or "cool" music.

Well it would suck if they did it once they played the game, but to ask to change the music before even hearing it?? That's just depressing for the music team. I feel sorry for them.

Well If they can make a big enough soundtrack for those +10 hour playing streaks Im planning on then they deserve some credit. But when my +24 hour playlist gets old after a little while I can help to think that a small 1-2 hour sound track is going to get boring after the first day...
