I recently watched a movie called Critical Mass. It seems hollowood has reached a new low with this straight to dvd movie release. This movie is a lame attemp at an action movie. They even used scenes from terminator 2, and Universal soldiers. Some guys steal some nuclear devices from "Cyberdyne" (the exact same place from terminator 2). I would have renamed the movie "Critical Ass", and it would have been better as a porno flick. The plotline is so thin it would snap if you breathed on it. The acting was very obviously bad. "Everything over exaggerated". There were no plot twists, or even any surprises for that matter. Frankly a fireplace video would have been less predicatable than the events in the movie. Dont rent it, unless you are looking for a good laugh.

Movies these days rarely capture me and make me want to go spend the $8.50 to see it in the theater (the Matrix was the last one). Bargain basement titles just don't deserve to be watched unless you're really drunk or can find a "Drinking Game" version on the web.

My brother rented it from the movie store, for the sole reason that it had Udo Kier in the cast. (Guy who played Yuri in RA 2)
