a cable connection might help. or it might be over packed hard drive. but i know that the fx5900 is made for planetside.trust me when i say the card isnt your problem.tell me how big your hd is.

have you checked for viruses? maybe it was a bug in the game voice file. did you get the file off the net if so was it on a secure site?

i wouldnt quit just yet give the devs some .time demands have been heeped on them and they are forced to work tiressly to get the bugs fixed, new information added, and take care of such problems. i think its worth staying for. and i dont know what to do about your system. but you might pm powdahound he would know more than me. being that hes the moderator for the tech forum. but please keep us updated about your system tell us if it starts working and check back to this forum for any more advice. :)

geez i sound like im working this site

dude, trust me, you need a system with like a gig of ram 2 gig prossesor and a new HIGH end video card to run this game decent, i too in big battles can drop to a frame rate a 5, and my ping is like a 90

Do you think 2gb ram is good? *Wonder if there will be 100gb ram when i get my computer which is so far war*

Does anybody know when they will make a vedio card that will support the game 101%?

you have more than enough RAM. I would defrag your hard drive then attempt to play it again.
