purchasing concern

if I were to buy the game from amazon.com instead of running to the store to get it (I saw it for 20 bucks on amazon...) do I have any assurance of not getting ripped off? how do I know the guy selling it won't keep using the CD key and screw me out of a disc?

Is the game new or used? If it is new you shouldn't have a problem. If it is used I am not aware of any form of insurance.

thats true guy said he ddint want it and was selling it for a dollar i bet he put it at a low price so a lot of people would bid on it turns out tho no one really did
EDIT: He said hes give free shipping in his add and techinically he paid for the game cuz shipping was 5 dollars.
