What should I have everything set to for best perfomance in PS?

Pentium 4 1.5 GHz
Radeon 9600 PRO 128 MB
384 MB PC133 SD-RAM

Until you get more ram low....everything else is fine. Btw, PC133 ram is pretty cheap.
