I tried to log in about 5 min ago and I got this very strange server select screen:

are you sure? i notice the player count is in white, and not yellow or the other color

I don't know why they are white, but I do have three people saying they saw the same thing. I don't think there is much to doubt about this pic being authentic.

what idiots! they think the servers might be merging! for shits sakes, theyd tell us if they were gonna do that, i mean theyre NOT THAT irrisponsible

Back in beta I have a screenshot where I have about 20 servers, each named after a developer... I can try and dig it out.

It's certainly not out of the realm of possibility that they are planning on merging servers and that they were running a little pre-test on how it would work. Based on server traffic right now I'd be shocked if they didn't drop it down to 3 servers (East/West/Europe) pretty quickly.

If they go this route, I hope they have the ability to transfer toons. Otherwise there will be a LOT of very angry customers.
