That tank is probably going to pu t the fear of tank into most anything but other heavy tanks...and air units...and most heavy tnabks will be very worried but I think unless you can 1 shot kill another tank with the NC then the TR will always win...althoughj the prowler is ugly...

Im NC, but i put prowler, its gonna be great for infantry support. especialy if I can hack one and get it to the NC.
