Ok. We in TR/Emerald really need to cut down on the fucking greed. I can't count how many times we *could* have blown the tubes but instead opted to keep them up and camp. What happens so often is the spawn campers get their ass kicked and what could have been a swift and effecient capture turns out to be cluster fuck till it goes nuetral. Or even worse, a lost hack. We lose hacks way too often because of this bullshit.

I'll take out the tubes in a heartbeat, but now we got TR that actually sit inside the tubes so anyone attacking them gets grief.

I know exactly what you mean :nod: The best solution I've seen so far is for DC MAXs to plant themselfs down right in front of the tubes so the people can't get out and the MAXs can just kill them.

That works, until someone realizes that they can spawn at a tower, equip a decimator, deconstruct, and then spawn in and kill the MAX before he can say "WTF"

Nope -- you don't. I do this all the time. If I see some campers in our spawn room and think I can get a jump on em, I'll respawn at a tower. Then I'll grab my pounder or thumper and then decon/recon inside the spawn room and open up on em.

yea, people do that. thats why you have to take the towers BEFORE you take the base...

I love the joy I get from deconing then reconing in max pounder and wiping out the attacking force, ah so much happiness and love :). If you can anchor in the tube then fire away they wont last long, barring a guy wiht a deci handy
